Our 'Library', has a variety of books and magazines in a nice quiet location on the first floor. One of a few rooms without a tv. Guest bathroom in the back.
Ahhh... the sunporch. Relax, nap or take in the views. The ceiling fans offer a nice airy feel, reminiscent of summer days gone by. Upon entry here you'll find area brochures & info, menus and our AMC Hiking Guide book.

Enjoy alpine skiing, nordic skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, winter hiking or climbing or snowmobile from the back door. This Twin Mountain hotel in the White Mountains will soon be your favorite place to stay and play or relax for a quiet getaway.
Not you're average stay
We took this great space and layout and made it something convenient for YOU. Our kitchenette is super handy for quick meals and re-heats. Conveniences of a fridge & freezer, toaster oven & microwave make it easy to prep a quick breakfast or reheat foods. The coffee pot & Keurig (along with everything you needfor a cup of 'Joe'). There's an instant water hot-pot for tea, soups, oatmeal, etc. Great for early morning hikes, cold winter mornings or late night snacks.
Relax & unwind
Isn't that what a getaway is all about? Allegory Inn hosts guests 13 or older. The setup doesn't allow for younger children. It's mostly adults that stay with us and all enjoy the sunporch in the cool months, and the outdoor seating and firepit in all seasons. Take a ride on the snowmobile trail in the winter, right in our backyard, or walk down to the Ammonoosuc River or Kings Pond.
